Refund Policy - the basics
At Pit Stop for Pets, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully happy with a product you've purchased, we'll do our best to help — within the guidelines below.
What You Can Return

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

A valid receipt is required for all returns.

Eligible products include dry goods like toys, leashes, collars, and sealed packaged food (if unopened).
What Cannot Be Returned
To ensure quality and safety for all our customers and pets, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Opened bags, cans, or other food/treat packaging

Frozen or refrigerated products

Used items (toys, accessories, etc.)

Grooming, spa, or self-wash services (as services are considered delivered once completed)
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take 3–5 business days.
